Withdrawal delayed 13 days

Hi Askgamblers,

I want help resolving an issue with this casino. My withdrawal has now been delayed 13 days after my account was fully verified.

It was rerolled back to my account after being "stuck" in the system. As of now I have asked for a new withdrawal 3 days ago, and as I can see the withdrawal is now pending and I can't cancel it. This was the same situation as last time when it got rerolled, cause normally you can cancel a withdrawal all the way until it's processed.

I get the same answers from LiveChat just saying "please wait a bit more" "sorry for the inconvenience".

I also get told that it takes 72 hours to process a withdrawal, well now it's been 13 days it should have been enough.

Please help me resolve this issue with the casino!
