Delay in payment and breach Term and condition

Dear AskGambler,

I requested a withdrawal of 4000e on May 3, 2026 and I still not get my money nor any updates from their support which is keep repeating it will be treated like an AI or bot.

They are in breach of their T&C (it’s mention 24 hours delay for payment and we are nearly at 48 hours at the time I am writing the complaint).

I attached the withrawal request with the date.
