here is the deal
i m playing raging bull casino since september, i have made succesful withdraw with ecopayz(in 2day just like its suppose to be) until january... suddenly they start delaying me, my payouts not even under review. it is requested all time. if i ask live chat they say in the beggening its because festive season, it continue about weeks they pay me nothing. after that they say next week all the time , we will mail you but they dont, it has been 12 days my last requested , i m still waiting for payment.. i m sending some picture of it. king regards.

I am glad to hear that your query was resolved. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I was advised that the delay was caused due to a technical error with the 3rd party system which we use. However, Dean "Legend" found a fix and was able to get the payment through.
Moving forward I can assure you that there will NOT be any further delays with your withdrawals - you have our word!
