Withdrawal of €200.20 supposedly wired but still not received after 5+ working days

Hi, i made a withdrawl on the 8th of june, after it taking almost 2 weeks and next to 0 response from live chat about my case, my account finally got verified. And after that my withdrawl was approved on the 24th of june. And i still havent recieved my money.. I kind of lost faith already after it being such a struggle to even get verified.. And after getting nothing but nonsense in terms of awnsers and the pace they solve things by does also not impress me.. im hoping you guys can help me out with this casino.. all i want is my money.. i hope to have provide u with enough information.

Ugh. i see they made my 2nd file on here public too i requested it to be a private file.. Can my 2nd file be removed pls? i received the money this after noon a day after i added this so its settled.
