On 07 of April i made an withdrawal of 252.41 Euros. This is approved on 10.04.

Still not received anything yet. So i went to the chat and they ask me again to send a bank statement

Basil: Can you send us a bank statement from the 7th of April till the current date for the reason that it will be requested from our financials department for an investigation

This is unfortunatelly not the first time i have withdrawal problems with rembrand casino and everytime a make an withdrawal they want me to send bank statement.

Basil: This is a standard procedure

No, this is for me not a standard procedure. I play i lot in casinos and i never have to send bank statements i just want to receive my withdrawal.

So please rembrandt casino can you look into my account and tell me when i can receive my withdrawal
