I requested a withdrawal at 30 januari and without any notice by email, they cancelled the withdrawal, when i contacted them, told me need documents, so i send documents. At 5 februari the withdrawal was approved, and after that nothing happend. So went in the chat a couple of times and contacted them by email. Until today, no money on my bank account. First they told me, payment was processed on the 10th of februari and i should be patient. Still nothing. The last thing they told me was it was under investication by the financial department.
I hope this is enough information for you the help me out in this matter.

Today i received an email from the casino.
Dear Andrea,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to provide you with a few updates on your withdrawal. Kindly be informed that after bouncing back to us it was re-processed by our finance department.
We are currently waiting for a confirmation from them that the transaction is a success.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and very thankful for your patience.

This morning there was no payment from them in my bankaccount, right now, a couple of hours later, i looked at my account, and the miracle happend :) the money is in my bankaccount.
So this problem is solved, thanks.
