Withdrawal approved but not paid yet
Hi there,
I'm having major difficulty receiving my approved payment from Rembrandt Casino. 18 days (and counting) have passed and I still haven't received my withdrawal. The withdrawal details are below:

I have added all the important email correspondence below in chronological order. I have copies (proof) of all emails sent and received between myself and RembrandtCasino. To give an overview, RembrandtCasino claim they've sent my € 567.71 withdrawal payment to my skrill account but I've checked my skrill account/transaction history numerous times and I haven't received this payment from them. I sent them my skrill account showing all in/out skrill payment transactions from the withdrawal date (i.e. 9/4/19) to the current date in April and it proves without a doubt I haven't received this money from them.

Thank you very much for your email! Having checked your account, I would like to let you know that the amount was processed more than 5 business days ago. If you have not received your winnings yet, our finance team would need to run an investigation. In order for them to be able to do this, I would like to ask you to provide us with a Skrill statement from the day the withdrawal was processed (Apr-11) until the current day.

Hi there
To prove I haven't received my withdrawal payment from RembrandtCasino, I have attached a copy of my skrill account from the entire April 2019 month up until 26/04/19. As you can see from looking at my skrill statement there have been no payments made to my skrill account from RembrandtCasino for the amount of 567.71 EUR (NZD $950.82). This is proof I haven't received this payment.

Hi Elena,
I just checked my skrill account after receiving your email. I haven't received the skrill payment at all. My balance is $0 and there's no record of payment in my skrill transaction history. I'm not going to say I've received when I haven't! Your financial team need to pay me because they haven't paid me at all.
