Requested a 534.12 euro withdrawal on aug. 08. Since then I submitted all requested documents and send additional screenshots within days of their requesting them.

The withdrawal however is still pending and chatting or mailing with their support does not provide any additional information on the status. No timeframe can be given and no reasons for the delay. Only answer I get is "it will be handled soon". Two weeks does not feel like "soon".

Liked the casino and their promotions, but payouts need to speed up.
