On 4 july rembrandt casino did let me know that my withdrawal is approved. And i would get to payments of 1250 euro. One was sent on the 4 july to my bank account. One would be sent around 18 july. as i said, the first one i didn't receive and the other 1250 was' t sent yet. They can't tell me when it is solved.They say each day that they have starting an investigation but they can't tell me when that is done. It is now 20 july and i still didn't get anything

Hi there,

it is indeed correct, as our support team has informed you, that our finance team was investigating what happened with the first installment of your split payout that was wired on 4th July 2018. According to the information gotten from our payment provider, due to the human mistake in payout listing request this wire went to the account of another player. We sincerely apology for this has happened.

We have already put your first installment into new request towards the payment provider, with verified correct payment details, to be wired again.

As for the second installment, we have been confirmed that this one was wired successfully and should have reached your bank account by now. Could you please confirm the receival of second installment?

Monday i recieved the second payment of 1250 euro. And thursday i got the message That i Will recieve the first payment in 5 work days. IT was not i Nice time the last 2,5 weeks. IT would improve Your loyalty to players When you can give the period of time you need for investigation. With a max date. So the player knows when He Gets his answer. I hope I Will recieve my 1250 euro as you promissed.

thank you for your response and your suggestions. Normally we do try to have a clear eta to give out to our players, however sometimes, especially when the response depends on the third party provider, we're unable to influence on how long the processes last on their end.
