I register this casino 16.2 and made withdraw 1790e. I give all documents what they ask and verify my account. Then I wait my moneys and they said moneys are now paid to my bank account. My history in this site show that transaction are "Approved" status 18.2.2019 but its not correct becouse moneys are not come to my bank. I ask this problem many times and they said only "Transferring funds to your account is a complex process with many critical points. A simple spelling mistake of your details for example can cause the transfer to not be processed. " and its not true. Those moneys are not paid out. I send they correct bank statement this whole year and they see then those moneys are not come to my bank.

We can see that your document verification has been completed in a timely manner. You have provided your verification documents on 16th February. The documents you have sent in were not sufficient to verify your account as per our terms this is why we have requested more documents on the same day.
