It's been from 8/7/23 that I submit my withdrawal. They approved it on 12/7/23 and they say to me that they will send me my funds on 1-2 working days, but they don't. So, I try to contact them to see what is the issue.
They told me that I have to provide them my bank statement so they will check my transactions. They did and they are still try to delay or to don't pay me. No ones knows what is going on. No one take any responsibility and I feel like they are telling me lame excuses!

Following a review of valid information and proof presented by Rembrandt Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team hereby confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with and ruled by the operator's appointed ADR entity.
Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the AGCCS policy of compliance with the decisions taken by the official regulatory bodies and/or ADR entities, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close the case as resolved in operator's favour.
Thank you for bringing to our attention the player's complaint regarding their payout.
Upon conducting our routine checks, we discovered a significant breach of our terms and conditions by the player in question. We found that the player has breached our terms and conditions by opening multiple accounts using the same or similar names, addresses, telephones, email addresses, and dynamic IP addresses with the intent of defrauding or cheating. Our policy clearly states that we reserve the right to close all relevant accounts, cancel all transactions and bets, waive winnings, and deduct bonuses in the event that we suspect such activity.
As a result, we have taken the necessary action of closing the player's account and have consequently decided to waive the associated payouts.
Furthermore, we would like to enhance that our terms and conditions are strict and are in place to ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all our players. We take such breaches seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of our platform.
In this regard, we made our decision based on the provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions, specifically under the "Multiple Accounts" section (articles 47, 48, 49, and 50), which can be accessed at the link below:
