On 30.4.2019 Rembrandt casino told me that my second and last installment of €1200,- was done and should hit my account within 2-5 business days, until now I didnt received anything. strange thing is that the total payout was €2200 and i received the first installment of €1000,- without problems so they have my bank account. I provided them my bank statement but until now no (positive) reply only that they forwarded the Message to relevant department for me this is really unfair. I mean I have to proof things to them unbelievable and not customer supportive its just not fair i thought this was a reliable company to play. I hope the situation will be solved soon and I can have my winnings on my bank account asap.

Please, provide our support team with a bank statement from 30th of April until the current day (15th May) as proof that you have not received the payment to support your claims.

I didnt received the €1200,-!!!!!!!!As mentioned earlier i didnt get a confirmation e-mail like first time when the installment was succesfull I even provided you a bank statement where you could see i didnt get it! What a Total disaster and lack of service from this casino is there anything i can do to get my money?
