Hello! I made some deposits and won. Then I did withdrawal €970. On 26 December 2018 withdrawal is approved. I have sent all documents and account is verified. KYC was confirmed quite quickly. I withdrew money into my bank account. I have not received winnings. I have checked my account many times.. I still didn`t get anything.
When the casino will pay my winnings?
