Hello,
Ion 15th of March I made a deposit of 20 eur and received small bonus. During wagering I hit big win on dead or alive slot and after I finished wagering I made a withdrawal of 1379 eur. Next they have frozen my account and said that my account is under investigation. I am contacting them every day and they just keep telling me the same thing.I really do not think they investigating something but just trying way to not to pay me.
Please help me to get my money!

We would like to post an update regarding this case as the payout in the amount of 1379.44€ was processed and it's something we have checked with our payment department the player should receive the stated amount on his bank account.
