Delay of 5000euros withdrawal payment in a timely manner
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Casino Rembrandt. Specifically, I have encountered several issues regarding a recent withdrawal of €5000, which was requested on the 24th of last month.
Firstly, I was not informed that the withdrawal would be split into smaller payments until I had to inquire about it through the chat feature. This lack of transparency was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary confusion.
Furthermore, although the first payment of €1000 was supposed to arrive on the 28th, I have yet to receive it. Despite providing evidence of my bank statement proving that no payment has been received, I have not received any real response from the casino other than a simple apology and an assertion that the payment has been sent.
I have also requested proof of payment from the casino but have received no response. Moreover, while the casino has promised a second payment on the 13th of this month, there has been no indication of how much this payment will be.
It has now been two weeks since the withdrawal was requested, and I have yet to receive any funds. As a valued customer of Casino Rembrandt, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the delay in payment.
I would appreciate it if you could take prompt action to resolve this issue and ensure that future transactions are handled in a more transparent and efficient manner.
