Hello,
On April the 3rd, I requested a withdrawal. No one sent me any updates and after a lot of chats they told me (I had waited for 10 days or so) my account was not verified. I instantly sent these documents and after a week it was finally verified. My withdrawal was approved and they told me it was sent to my bank account on April 18th. However I haven't received anything yet.
I would like to see the money on my bank account asap.
I have waited for almost a month now. That is really insane.
