Casino Super Gaminator - Rejected ID, no further support

Hello askgamblers! first time i actually need help and thank you for a great site. I made an account on super gaminator and i won 500 euro. I made a withdrawal and uploaded ID verification (driver licence) i then recieved this mail.

über unsere weitere Vorgehensweise entscheiden können.

as you can see they mixed english and german (my believes is they are trying to confuse me and delay the payment)
They also blocked my account from loging in. they Take about 24 hours to answer my mails wich makes the process even slower.

I sent them a new copy of my ID and asking them yet again what the problem is and tried to solve it without bringing in a third party but the new ID document also got denied. i dont know what else i can do Please askgamblers Help me! /alexander
