Refund request suspended
Good morning, my situation is very simple.
I have an account in this mess since August 24, 2016
On October 9, 2016 I asked to withdraw €. 1590.
On October 9, 2016 at 22.19 the casino I writes (see mail) telling me that I would have got confirmation just made the transfer of the money.
On day 11 and day October 13, 2016, seeing on my profile my transaction Casino still pending, I write the email attached to ask for explanations and time, without receiving any response from the Casino.
The day November 13, 2016 I write again and no one would answer.
It's been almost 3 months and on my profile of the Casino is still present the transaction pending (see attached) and no one in these three months I never responded or given explanations.
Please help me solve this problem and thank you so much for your cooperation and assistance.
