Withdrawal Pending for Over 1week Despite Fully Verified Account

I am experiencing an unusual delay with my withdrawal at Reels.io casino.

My withdrawal of 1602 USDT has been pending for over 1 Week .

Before this issue, my experience with Reels.io had always been very positive.
I contacted live support multiple times and received the following explanation:

'' I see that your withdrawal is still being processed. We are still awaiting updates regarding the verification being conducted ''

However, the casino Terms and Conditions state in section 8.13.2 that the financial department may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal request, provided the account verification has been completed.

My account is fully verified

I understand that security checks and AML procedures may occasionally happen, but the casino has not provided any concrete reason for the delay, no estimated processing time, and the withdrawal remains pending well beyond the timeframe mentioned in their own Terms.

I kindly request AskGamblers assistance in helping resolve this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal Pending for Over 48 Hours Despite Fully Verified Account
I am experiencing an unusual delay with my withdrawal at Reels.io casino.

My withdrawal of 349 USDC has been pending for over 48 hours. Previous cryptocurrency withdrawals at this casino were usually processed almost instantly or within a few hours.

Before this issue, my experience with Reels.io had always been very positive. I was always treated professionally by both the support team and my VIP manager, and I never had problems with deposits or withdrawals. I also had several good wins at the casino and all previous payouts were processed normally.

Because of that, I am genuinely surprised and disappointed by the current situation, and I honestly did not want to escalate the matter to this point.

I contacted live support multiple times and received the following explanation:

“Additional verification of transactions and logs with the provider is being conducted on the account…”

However, the casino Terms and Conditions state in section 8.13.2 that the financial department may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal request, provided the account verification has been completed.

My account is fully verified and previous withdrawals were processed normally before.
