Withdrawal delayed extremely

On the 16th December 2025 I made a deposit of 35€ and won a bigger amount while playing. No bonuses were used with this deposit.

I requested a withdrawal of 500€, which is the maximum per day, right away on the 16th December 2025.

The remaining balance on my Account is now 6753€.

The casino keeps telling me everything is alright and the withdrawal request is still pbeing rocessed.

I have been waiting for three weeks now, while in the Terms and Conditions of the casino it says withdrawal requests are processed within 2-3 business days.

I wonder how long it will take to withdraw my whole balance with these delays, considering the maximum withdrawal amount per day is 500€.

By the way I have not been asked to complete any verifications and in my Account it says no verifications are necessary at the moment. So this should not be the Problem.

Please help me to find a solution so my withdrawal requests are finally processed.
