Withdrawal delayed due to mysterious disappearance of my email containing verification paperwork


Dear AskGamblers,
On March 2, 2018, I submitted a payout request for $320, money won after completing playthrough on a deposit made with my Players Reward Card. I have yet to have that withdrawal confirmed, let alone approved or paid. The phone is never answered, voicemail messages are never returned, my email is never responded to. In a live chat I was told this was not normal for the casino and that I would hear soon. In another live chat I was told I'd have to update my verification documents, so I did. Everything necessary was sent to them via email on March 21, 2018. In a subsequent chat I was told that everything was all right and accepted except for copies of the front and back of my credit card, but I told that chat rep that I had already sent them, that they were combined with images of my driver's license, in the same photos. No response still. Yesterday I entered chat again where it was implied this time that my documents were not received. The only way that could be true is if they were deleted by the casino. That is when I decided to turn to you for help. I have a screen shot of the payout request and I can send you my March 21 email and the documents attached to it. But I cannot upload either the screen shot or verification documents and cover email here because of file formats. Can you please help me? Thank you.......< personal details removed >

I'm happy to report my money is in my hot little hand. I'm happy to report I was able to negotiate a Western Union wire (because my bank uses an intermediary for incoming international wires, and casinos won't work with that arrangement). I'm happy to report I will never play at Raging Bull again. I guess Tawni feels it was worth losing a player. Here's my final demand letter and her response:

Dear Tawni,
It is April 24, nearly three weeks from the time you first promised to help, and still my money isn't on its way to me. I honestly don't see how you've helped at all. By getting involved, you deflected my attention from dealing with Raging Bull directly. And as anyone with a brain can see, that's exactly what your job is. It seems obvious that your efforts, including all those self-congratulatory posts of yours on AskGamblers, aimed at trying to make me look uncooperative, have further delayed my receipt of the money.

What do you suppose I should say in the next reply I post to my AskGamblers complaint, which is due soon. Here are two possibilities:
1. I post how pleased I am to have been given proof that a wire has been sent to me (which is what I will post if I receive precisely that within 24 hours), or
2. I condemn you, Marco, and Raging Bull for ongoing, reckless disregard for fair and ethical business practices, continual obfuscation and false promises, and unnecessary stall tactics. And I open complaints at two additional sites.

You pretended that my documents were lost, then you returned the withdrawn money to my balance as stall tactics, but so far as I am concerned the clock started when I made my first withdrawal on March 2, 2018, and it is still ticking.

Have you searched and read all the other complaints against Raging Bull on AskGamblers? There is an amazing similarity in the words, experiences, and feelings of frustration among your victims, including "mislaid" verification documents. This is not what a marketing professional, such as you consider yourself to be, is supposed to create for your client's players.

Hi Linda—
You can attack me all you want. While you want to take issue with me and point to all the issues against Raging Bull, I suggest you give this a fair and accurate review. Since we took over Raging Bull (the last week of April, 2017), EVERY complaint which has come my way has been successfully resolved (barring rejected complaints, which occur when player fraud or other similar situations are involved). Again, do you genuinely believe I want to drag this issue out for $300?

I spoke with Marco last night and my understanding is that you’re opting to be paid by Western Union. I need your confirmation that you understand you will need to pick up the payment at your local Western Union outlet—this is not a direct wire. Further, you will need to provide the same identification as you have provided to us at the time of pick up.

Once I receive confirmation that you understand and agree to all this, I will make sure the payment is arranged.

Update. A payment manager from Raging Bull has finally been in touch with me. He summarized what my payment options are, and I chose one that takes 2-3 business days. When will those days start? I'll keep you informed.

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
