I deposited $50 early in march 2017 and won $650. I sent in all my verification documents and made a withdrawal request. Online it said this process would take 48-72 hours. After 15 days and several live chats inquiring about the status of my request I received and email saying my payout was declined. The email gave no reason. The email instructed me to call their 24/7 support number (18009200762). It doesn't even ring. There is music for a minute followed by a bunch of clicking noises and then a message saying "leave a message after the tone". I am very frustrated at this point and I can't get the casino to respond. Please help.

I have been attempting to withdraw $600 in winnings since 03/07/17. My withdrawal was apparently approved 5 weeks ago. I have spoke with live chat agents several times who have told me that my deposit was approved and should be sent within 7-10 business days. The most recent time I spoke with live chat agent Diego who told me on 4/27 that I would have my money within 7-10 business days. It has been 12. I spoke with Annie Holmes on live chat today who told me that my withdrawal is still in the finance department and has not been sent. I have been asking live chat staff to have a manager call me since when I call their number it never works. No one calls. I feel like I've been cheated out of my winnings. Please help. (I have screen shots of all the live chat sessions I have had with raging bull live chat agents. But not sure if I can post them somewhere on here?)
