I deposited $50 early in march 2017 and won $650. I sent in all my verification documents and made a withdrawal request. Online it said this process would take 48-72 hours. After 15 days and several live chats inquiring about the status of my request I received and email saying my payout was declined. The email gave no reason. The email instructed me to call their 24/7 support number (18009200762). It doesn't even ring. There is music for a minute followed by a bunch of clicking noises and then a message saying "leave a message after the tone". I am very frustrated at this point and I can't get the casino to respond. Please help.
