I made a withdrawal request of $2500.00 on June 9, 2018. My account has been verified as i have received payments in the past without issue. This payment has been delayed so I contacted customer service. They told me that the payment was split into two payments of $1250.00 each and that both have been approved. They said the first wire transfer of $1250.00 was sent to processor on August 26, 2018 but I have not received it.
