Withdrawals taking too long to process

What was Raging Bull has changed me to the Carnival room casino, supposedly vip, but nothing has changed.

I've had a successful withdrawals with carnival in the past, the whole process from go to woe taking a little over a week. I know the terms and conditions and follow them always.

My account is definitely fully verified and so this latest withdrawal saga has me starting to doubt the integrity of this site. I have 1 pending withdrawal from 5th of July for $2000 and another from the 14th of July for $300. Neither have progressed to the approval process yet, nothing has happened at all! I keep asking what the go is and always get the same generic reply.

I tried a few times emailing the player attendant and finance people but now they don't even bother to reply! It's kind of rude as I follow their rules and do the right thing but then they don't follow their own rules!

I'll attach a screenshot of the withdrawal requests.

Just let me know if you want a copy of any of the 50 million email or live chat conversations too.

Thanks for your reply Tawni. As of yet no funds have hit my bank account. I've checked all the details with my bank who said they don't "hold or process" incoming wire transfers, as soon as they see the transfer it will be available in my account. I have received wire transfer from Carnival before and the funds became available in my bank account the next day after it was sent. It has now been 7 days (5 business days) since the alleged transfer. So I guess we'll just wait and see.

23 days and still no payout

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

Cant find a way to withdraw the winning money

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Now I want them to just simply sending it thru bitcoins for me as I would be using it for depositing from now on

Withdrawal delayed since April 20th

Withdrawal took month, and I still haven't received it

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.

Almost the worst casino I've played on.

They try to just scam u outta ur winnings, hoping ur play through them.

They take ur money so easily, but dont wanna pay. Just really endless, you don't care, wait months.'
