Hi,
I made 2 withdrawals on the 2nd of December 2021 for the amounts of $2500 and $1500. These withdrawals are still pending and have passed the 7-10 business days timefarame for approval. We are going on 12 business days now and it's still pending. I have been communicating with them through chat everyday and they say it should be processed as soon as possible for the last week and still nothing.
They cannot give me any information as to why it's taking so long because the withdrawals haven't been approved yet. Please help.

I have still not received this payment in my bank account.
