I’ve spent thousands at this casino. My first withdrawal request is proving to be a nightmare, my request was of 800 AUD, they told me the request is now 685 AUD, I’ve sent my details both identification and bank wire details, I’ve been told now that they haven’t even received my withdrawal request via one conversation, someone else told me they haven’t recieved my bank details. I just want this rectified and a straight answer from someone
