Despite completing the verification process, and having approvals for $12,500 (after review by casino) still not paid out. Approvals from 1/15/2024-1/26/2024 not paid out. The chat representative keeps saying they are escalating them, but nothing happens. So now just waiting for wire transfer, to come in, but none have, despite being approved weeks ago. My account accepts wire transfers, as I receive a 1.1k from them in December 2023. Again, chat is not helpful, just stating that they can escalate but getting no timeline.

According to our processor, the payment sent off on the 4th was confirmed completed on the 8th. With this in mind, I would guess the funds are already in your account.
Your next payment was sent to our processor, yesterday: 2/9 Paid $2500 + no Service Fee for transaction #145991220. I would expect this will reach your account towards the middle of this week.
I also expect to see another approval, later today. Once I have transaction details for this, I'll be back with another update.
