Withdrawal request unfairly denied due to ludicrous verification requirements
On 07/06/2020, I had requested a withdrawal of $1500 winnings. I was asked to email raging bull casino my personal information, id, card authorization, proof of residency, such as utility Bill's, and proofs of card. I have been getting the runaround since that day and one customer support rep by the name of Randy, helped me further than anyone. He told me that I was missing the banking information (sent in on the 6th already) so I resubmitted. Then I was told my country of birth did not match my location! Well of course not! I was born in a foreign country. Sent in that proof as well. I get an email from him saying my banking has been updated and to chat with the online chat customer service. Well, here I am today, 07/30/2020, still no sign of my winnings. Went online to chat like the email support told me to- turns out my request was denied because I did not have a valid utility bill!! Seriously? I told the chat support that I sent in my insurance rob because my name was not on the utility bill. She then told me that I needed my husband's I'd and a letter stating our relationship and to verify my living at my residence! I stopped. This is beyond reasonable- the casino has all my personal information- more than needed, but my spouse's too? No.
