Raging Bull Casino - Withdrawal process is a complete joke

I requested a withdrawal of $750 from Raging Bull on 22 February 19 and to say I have been given the run around would be an understatement.

Despite three emails, 6 live chats with ‘customer support’ and providing my details three times, I have received nothing.

They have said my case has been escalated but every time I get in touch they fob me off on the live chat and tell me to try again in 4 business days.

I can’t find any way to escalate my complaint any further. I wish I had never played this casino. Seriously.

I'm very sorry for the frustration you've been having with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment has already been sent to our processor: 3/21 Paid $372.50 + $12.50 Service fees for transaction #51280536. As our processor is a bit backlogged, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal request.

Hi I have received £255 Sterling via affiliate squared today which I am assuming is my payment. Thank you Tawni for sorting it out - I’m happy for this case to be closed
