Withdrawal of $1,100 delayed over a month
Hi, I submitted two withdrawals in November to which was approved on the 6/12/2019, one was for $150 and the other for $1100. I have received the smaller withdrawal and they said due to limitations I had to tell them when I received that so I told them I received that on the 23rd of December, since then I have had no movement I have spoke to customer service numerous times to which they keep saying ‘I am going to escalate this for you to speed it up due to the delay’
But by escalating it has done nothing they still haven’t paid it yet even though it is already approved.
So now I’m getting worried I’m never going to receive that money.
