I requested a withdrawal of 2500$ in the beginning of November, my account has been verified and banking details provided on site, on chat and through email 1000 times. I get the same response saying they don’t have my banking information, which I have provided. The withdrawal was initially cancelled due to not accepting my bank, however it was resubmitted around 11/18 for withdrawal with new banking information. I chat with them about 4 times a week and get the same response… check back in a few days, the payout dept. is waiting on bank info.
I am so frustrated and could reall use the money I am owed.
