I have requested for a withdrawal which amount of $1200 on 12th Sep 2019. It’s been more than a week and when I asked their support team what was happening, all of them only gave the answer that it would take 7 business days for the approval and weekend does not count.
I have read their terms and conditions, that does not mention that it wouldn’t count WEEKEND for the withdrawal request.
I have one experience from the other casino where did not try to pay off, I felt Raging bull does the same ways as them.
They don’t care about paying off the withdrawal, and keep sending me or offering coupons to play.
I’d like to solve this problem as soon as possible.
