Withdrawal is being delayed
I have been trying for weeks (two of which are in their terms as business weeks where it concerns the payout period) and have jumped through literally every verification hoop they have thrown at me, and now I believe they just don't have any other way to stall me out than time at this point.
I have a 1,000$ withdrawal pending and I am constantly being asked to resend my previous month's banking statements over and over though three separate chat agents have confirmed receiving these documents and also escalating the case after each instance.
I don't know what to do as I have sent them literally everything they have asked for and now they act like they aren't getting any of these statements.
They had no issue taking my money but can't seem to dish it out on time.
