I have been going back and forth with reps for the last 42 days. I was told that the payment was going to be approved over a week ago and every time I check on it, they use the same chat response to avoid giving me specifics and making me wait more days. A rep told me that this was supposed to be approved and I was lied to.
The casino owes me $2500 in winnings, there is no bonus or playthrough amount that is to be deducted. I keep asking them what the delay is but they never have a concrete response. I am already verified and went through that whole process months ago.
