I spoke to live chat support & was advised it was approved and wire transfer has been completed. I asked it i could get a trace or tracking for the transfer but to no avail as its now in the hands of their providers apparently.

The reason for the shortfall is because you received a bonus (ENJOY150 (8 of 999) $150). All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from the total withdrawal amount.

Could you please review the amount I made for withdrawl. The amount I requested for withdrawal was actually $2000.
Thank you for chasing that up for me as the amount I received today in my account was $1810 and I understand there is fees so that is completely fine.
But I'm still short $150 from the withdrawal amount I requested.
I'm not expecting a wire transfer for the $150 and happy to have it credited back into my raging bull account.
Could you please investigate this issue.
