I still haven't received my withdrawal for three transactions. The customer support chat does not help even after case escalation.
Transaction # 1: On Mar. 20, 03:42 pm - Wire Transfer Withdrawal was approved for $600.00. However, I have not received this amount in my bank account.
Transaction # 2: On Mar. 30, 08:09 am - Manager Withdrawal was approved for $636.12. I have not received this amount. They are saying that this will be denied because I used it to play roulette, which is not true as it was first used to play on slots completely till the playthrough balance had been completed.
Transaction # 3: Apr. 07, 01:30 am Bitcoin Withdrawal requested for $311.88. They have not yet approved this request.
It is a waste of your time to talk to them using the chat option. Please do not use this casino to play any games till they fix their system to approve withdrawals.

The $636 which you're speaking about was the Manager Withdrawal. These funds do not get returned to your account--they are voided.

However, they did not approve Transaction # 2 ($636.12). They have not provided clear reasoning for why this has not been approved or paid out.
If they are cancelling the withdrawal (Transaction # 2) then it should show up back as my balance to play the games.
