Waiting for wire transfer payment that was approved on January 30, February 2, and February 6.
I am told they are being escalated to be paid, but have not received payment via wire transfer.
The chat representatives cannot help beyond telling me they escalated the issue.

Here are the two that I am referring to in the attached. You can see they were approved, but they were never paid.

This is for a past withdrawal that was requested/ made on 2/2/2024 and 2/6/2024. Those were not cancelled but were also not paid. Those are the ones that I am waiting for. They were approved for payment but no wire transfer has been received.
