Waiting on my withdrawal of $250 from 7th of July
Requested a withdrawal in Paradiso Room of $250 on 7th of July. Waited ages and nothing happened.
Contacted support numerous times with no help. Then they finally say we don't have a copy of your wire details which I uploaded on the 7th.
They just keep saying it's been escalated and they need to approve my wire details.
Then my withdrawal got cancelled. And I had to request the withdrawal again. which they did manually. But still nothing.
They keep saying its "escalated, sorry for the delay, it's our priority."
I am still waiting over a month later for them to approve my wire details. I've spoke with team leaders.
They constantly keep closing the chat on me. Wont supply me with who the casino regulator is or a managers email address or even a time frame. Just constantly keep saying check back after 3 days. I am so frustrated.
