I won a jackpot on 10/26 I requested a payout and after a month it was kicked back to my account because they needed a bank statement. I submitted the statement and requested my payment again. Have waited and waited have submitted questions on chat only to get its on it way, in the processors hands have to wait. These time lines don’t meet the ones posted in their casino. Please help
