Waiting 2 months for a withdrawal is a joke!
As a customer of this casino I would like to just give some feedback. I feel like I have been given the run around and I don’t win money often but do spend quite regularly not just at this casino but your affiliates as well. I asked repeatedly if there was anything I needed to do more and it wasn’t until I contacted the live chat for the third time that I was told I need to email my payment details to a seperate email address. I have waited months for reply’s to emails in the past and when It says online “in the terms and agreements” that I’ll receive further instructions via email, I receive nothing. It also states that if a withdrawal is rejected you’ll be notified by email a reason and yet I receive not a peep. I have been waiting and trying to withdraw this money now since the 6th of August. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who is frustrated by this disorganised process and the lack of accessible information to help make this a smoother process for withdrawal. I have now contacted the live chat 6 times regarding this and I can’t help but feel like I’m never going to see that money. You really need to get your shit together as there is so much competition with online casinos theses days. I would be happy to recommend if it wasn’t for the total lack of customer service. Seriously when am I getting my money
