Waiting 2 months and still no money

Hello,

I initiated 3 withdrawal requests on 6/29 for $2500 each.

Since then, I have followed all guidelines given to me. I provided bank statements, utility bills, etc. My withdrawals keep getting denied and/or approval dates pushed out. The original approval date was 7/13, then 7/16, and now 7/21.

Prior to 7/13, I was told I needed a bank statement showing a month of activity and a positive ending balance over $20. I did that. I then received an email saying my bank was not allowed.

I chatted with customer service, and they said my account could not be accepted but refused to provide specific details. They recommended I use an account in another bank, but I already have an account there. Very confusing.

I feel as though they are just trying to avoid paying me out with these confusing and conflicting conversations.

I really need some support, please. Thank you.

I attached some screenshots of conversations with them where they tell me to open an account in other bank, though my account is already with them as well

They have no solutions other than to open a new bank account, use it for a month, then send them the details for review, and they can then advise if it can be used.

That seems wild to me and a very shady business practice. I have done what they have asked and would like my payouts processed.

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.

Almost the worst casino I've played on.

They try to just scam u outta ur winnings, hoping ur play through them.

They take ur money so easily, but dont wanna pay. Just really endless, you don't care, wait months.'
