I withdraw-ed $550 on the 6th of Aug 2019 and i was given express method as i was new customer. I have not received any notification or emails regarding my withdrawal. I was waiting and waiting and finally after 2 weeks i chat and then they telling me send all verification docs. So i did sent everything as requested but still no progress. I've chat number of times and get different stories or excuses.
I am not happy at all with Raging Bull Casino, they are < content removed > by the looks of it.
Customer chat are not helpful at all, they just putting everything on finance but i guess that why they there for to resolve issues not putting their hands up and say its not my department or i cant help. Pathetic service!!

I honestly don't know what they talking about : fraud department found'. Well in this case they should investigate on their account for not doing any pay outs now that's fraud to me.
Looking forward for some concrete evidence from them if any.
