$2500 payment delayed
Hi, I am writing this complaint as I am going round in circles with live chat and lack of correspondence through email with payments department.
I had a win and wire transfer was approved 2/8/19 ( snippet attached ). Over 2 months later I am still trying to recieve payment.
RB live chat told me money was sent to processors 3/24/19. Still no funds recieved.
I emailed payments department 4/6/19 with banks statements showing no funds recieved as requested by live chat.
Finally got a reply from payments saying a trace has been put on wire transfer and they will get back to me with update ASAP.
No update.
Logged back into my RB account and re-deposit of $2445 has been put back into playing account. No update or reason given. ( snippet attached )
Followed up with live chat and was told wire transfer was rejected by ANZ.
Checked with my bank and they confirm no international transfer had been rejected or deposited to me.
Also live chat trying to get me to be paid out into a bitcoin wallet which I do not want and found a little odd?
Either RB have not sent funds at all and are trying to get me to feed it back into slots, OR maybe they entered wrong details to transfer to bank?
P.S I have recieved funds before so I know that all account details and information is correct.
Please help as this is very frustrating as it is nearly 3 months since withdraw request!
