Unprofessional service and withdrawal process
Hi, I started playing the slots in the raging bull casino and was lucky enough to make a $2000 withdrawal. I originally tried to withdraw separate amounts on the 2nd of oct 2018 but my documents had not been completely verified so the funds were just put back into my playing account. Mind you this was without notification - it was only that I logged back in to see if there was any update and I found the funds in the playing account again. After many chats with the live chat team my documents were verified (after the timeframe indicated) and I requested a withdrawal of $2000.00 on the 11th of October 2018. I contacted live chat support again to confirm the funds had definitely been sent in which they confirmed it was sent to the processor on the 15th of October 2018. I was told by a number of different representatives that it would take different time frames - I was told 5-7 business days, 7-15 and then 3-10 business days. I requested a formal confirmation like a receipt or remittance advice to prove the payment had been transferred as I found myself experiencing all of the same issues that many other players have experienced with this casino and I have begun to question if this casino is legit?! Some of the issues I have had that other players seem to have had is things like being told different information, not being informed of the status of my withdrawal (me always having to chase up them) and being told they would do something and then it not happening (would send me an email to confirm - when I advised I never received an email it was because the representative was unwell) or was told by Billie that they would have my withdrawal processed when they came back into the office the next day but wasnt actually coming in for another two days! All of these things have left me feeling like it’s all a scam and that I won’t be getting my funds. The simple request of a receipt or remittance advice Should not be an issue - whether it’s a 3rd party processor or not they should be able to provide this information. There is nothing professional about the withdrawal process. From the 3rd party requesting the verification documents over and over again and not verifying them in a timely manner or the representatives telling false or different info or the fact that there is literally no contact/notifications to give you updates about your winnings that have been withdrawn. I am requesting some form of formal confirmation that my funds have been sent and when I should see them in my account. Once I have my funds I am more than happy to update and close off this complaint and make a comment to let others know that you will at least get your funds - but until then I hope this complaint helps others in making a decision on what casino they would like to play at.
