Unclear Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

In early January, 2026, I came across Raging Bull Casino. It looked like fun, so I thought I would give it a try. I had never won anything playing online casinos before, so I didn't expect this experience to be any different. I used my bank debit card to make a deposit, and before long, I had won enough to meet their withdrawal minimum. They offered three methods to withdraw your winnings: Coindraw, Bitcoin, and Wire Transfer. No where did the site indicate that your method of deposit played a role in your method of withdrawal. I had never heard of Coindrsw before, and a wire transfer sounded complicated. I had a Bitcoin account already, and some experience with Bitcoin, so I chose Bitcoin as my method of withdrawal. I was surprised to read that it could take up to two or more weeks before I would receive my winnings in Bitcoin. I submitted my request on January 7th, 2026. The withdrawal request was for $227. I was so excited that I had actually won something, I made more deposits shortly after making my first withdrawal request. Before I knew it, I had won enough for another withdrawal, this time for $855. Needless to say, I was very excited. My friends laughed at me, because no one believed I had actually won, not once, but twice, and no one believed that I would actually get paid. Just like my first deposit, my second deposit was using my debit card, and my second withdrawal was using Bitcoin. I had no reason to believe that I would have any issues with either withdrawal. But to make myself feel better, I contacted their support desk to see if this was legit, and to inquire as to how much I would actually receive. The support desk agent confirmed that once approved, I would receive close to $1,000, but they were quick to point out that it could take 7-10 business days before the withdrawals would be approved, and once approved, another 7-10 days for me to receive the Bitcoin in my wallet. My biggest concern was that I may have entered my Bitcoin wallet address wrong. So over the next two weeks, I tried to be patient, but I couldn't see any updates or action to my withdrawal requests. So I contacted support again, only this time I was told that because I had used my debit card to make my deposit, my only option for withdrawal was a wire transfer to my bank. And even that wire transfer had several rules and restrictions on it. My bank didn't qualify under these rules and restrictions. So it appeared that I would never receive my winnings in Bitcoin or cash. I even attempted to open a new account with a bank that met their rules and restrictions, but that didn't work either. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. After several calls to the support desk, many times getting conflicting information, it seemed my only option was to send an email to their withdrawal team and plead my case, hoping that someone would understand that I was never told when I made my deposits or my withdrawal requests, that I would actually never get paid based on their rules. While I waited to hear back from them, I played a few other online casinos, and won, having no difficulties withdrawing my winnings and even receiving those winnings within 24 hours. I was surprised and grateful when I received notification that my first withdrawal request had been approved and it wasn't long after that notification that the winnings were in my Bitcoin account. Not long after the first withdrawal request was approved and funds deposited, I received notification that my second withdrawal request was also approved and the email stated that I should see the Bitcoin deposit for the second withdrawal in my Bitcoin wallet. Needless to say, I was again thankful. But to date, I still have not received my second Bitcoin deposit from my second withdrawal request. Now I'm being told that they granted an exception on the first withdrawal request, and that only one exception was allowed. And I am being told that the only way I would receive winnings from my second withdrawal request was a wire transfer. Very frustrating. It seems they want you to play and brag about winning stats, but you have to fight to get your winnings. Had I been told about these rules at the time I made a deposit, I would have done things much differently. I am requesting that Raging Bull Casinos pay my second withdrawal, in Bitcoin, just like their email said it was going to do when it announced to me that it had been approved.

Since I don't have a bank account with a bank that accepts international wire transfers and I'm unable to open one, and that is the only way to receive my winnings, I have no choice but to give up my fight to get paid my winnings from this casino. Close my complaint if that's what you need to do

This complaint has not been resolved. Even they had granted an exception to their rules and sent the winnings in Bitcoinon my first withdrawal request, they refuse to do the same on ny second, much larger, withdrawal request. The second one was submitted within 24 hours of the first one, and before I was told of the restrictions. I am being told that they will not make a second exception, and the only way they will send my winnings is for me to use the wire transfer process. I don't have a bank account with any bank that allows for international wire transfer, and I've attempted to open an account with 6 different banks that does, only to be rejected by all six, including Wells Fargo, Chase, US Bank, and Citibank. Unfortunately, the only way this will get resolved is for Raging Bull Casino to grant the second exception and allow the second withdrawal using Bitcoin. Had I been aware of their withdrawal restrictions, I would never have made a deposit with them using my debit card knowing I wouldn't be able to withdraw winnings if I won.

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
