I signed up using a bonus and won money. They took all of it except $102USD, the minimum withdraw is $100 as well as the maximum so I left the $102 as is so I could do my withdraw. I submitted all the documents they asked for and still nothing. Now I can’t get through to anyone on the live chat and still no emails from them or anything else.
