I was contacted by <full name removed>, my vip agent, and was told my documents were approved and added to my account but I still have not received any of the funds… can we just take care of these withdrawals via bitcoin please? This would be so much easier and would also make this whole complaint situation cleared… I am going to attach the file of the screenshot from the email from Marcus so we can try and get this taken care of.. my account is fully approved so I don’t see this being a problem.
