I have sent in all the proper paperwork to Ragingbull casino. I was told that if anything was wrong they would reach out with in 5 business days. It's going on 2 or 3 weeks now. Still no one has reached out and my ability to use the chat is gone. I was polite when using the chat, and the last person I spoke with was less than polite. I just want to withdraw the winnings on my account. I was told by the chat that 100 dollars could be withdrawn.
