I requested a $2500 withdrawal on the 7th on November. On the 21st of November my withdrawal was still pending so I inquired about it via chat. They told me they had no information for me...but they would escalate it and not to write back till the 25th. So I wrote to them on the 25th and they still said they know it's delayed and there sorry and they would escalate it. I would appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide me.
