I submitted a withdrawal request on February 7th for 1070. I used to play at this casino and sister companies loyally for years. They do have great qualities like the best promos and the fact that you are able to have multiple payouts pending at once. However, waiting for 2months (at best) to get your winnings is unacceptable when they claim it's 7 to 10 business days. They should just be upfront with their time frame. I also have 3 pending withdraws at the sister company that I'm hoping won't take this long. It makes no sense to continue to deposit with pending payouts that will probably take months on end to get. I've contacted chat and keep getting told the same thing. At this point it hasn't even been approved and it's been 5 weeks. This casino has never NOT paid me... but if your want your money within even double the time frame they give... good luck.
